Bust of Free Frank McWorter (1777 -1854), being unveiled (1996) by the artist Shirley McWorter Moss and her brother William McWorter. The bronze cast bust is part of the Underground Railroad exhibit at the DuSable Museum of African American History in Chicago, IL.
